MARC KÖSCHINGER
Marc Köschinger is a trained photographer, graphic designer, and independent artist, working with both traditional and contemporary media.
Born in Munich and raised in Paraguay, he spent his childhood and adolescence near the Brazilian border before returning to Germany with his family as a teenager.
After completing his photography training in Ingolstadt and exhibiting his work as a painter and photographer, he worked in theater as a stage and lighting designer. He later studied Multimedia Design at the Academy for Media and Graphic Design in Munich.
Until 2010, Köschinger primarily worked as a graphic designer for lifestyle magazines, agencies, and publishers. Most recently, he was responsible for broadcast design, stage sets, and animation at German private broadcaster TV in Munich.
Today, Marc Köschinger works as an artist, exploring a wide range of techniques and media, including painting, sculpture, installation, and photography. Alongside his artistic practice, he continues to work commercially as a graphic designer, photographer, and designer for companies, museums, cultural institutions, and fellow artists.
